Online payments may not show up on your OCWS account &/or bank account until next business day. Your confirmation number is your proof of payment.
A profile is not needed to view your bill, pay your bill, or view usage and payment history. Simply click the green “PAY NOW” button to access those features. Creating a profile gives you the additional ability to manage AutoPay, E-Billing, and store payment methods.
